Are SNS, Shellac or Acrylic bad for you?

In short, the answer is NO. If you book your service with a poorly trained nail technician who over files your natural nails, its bad news for you. However with the right technician who uses certified products and correct hygiene, you will surely be satisfied with beautiful healthy looking nails.

Some extra tips:

  1. DO NOT leave shellac on nails for longer than 2 weeks as it will erode away at your natural nail.

  2. DO NOT pull or bite on acrylic nails as it will damage your natural nail under.

  3. DO NOT leave too many weeks between infills. The longer you leave your infills in to the higher the chance of breakage and damaging your natural nail. There can be blood, tears, swearing and its really REALLY hurts!
